Art. 1: Entry without an Argentine consular visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (AVE) is hereby authorized for foreign nationals of the REPUBLIC OF INDIA, holders of ordinary passports, when they present a valid visa for entry to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corresponding to a similar immigration category [...] Article 24 of Law No. 25,871, paragraph a) "Tourists" [...] , with a maximum authorized stay of up to NINETY (90) days.
Art. 2: Beneficiaries of this measure may not request a change of immigration category. Furthermore, the authorized stay may be extended once for a similar period, subject to evaluation by the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF MIGRATION (DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE MIGRACIONES).
Art. 3: Those who do not fall within the provisions of the preceding paragraphs must apply for visa at the Argentina consular offices.

Only the United States B2 visa is accepted for visa-free tourist entry into Argentina for Indian nationals.
