If you have already processed/applied your DNI and/or ordinary passport, and you have received our call or email  asking you to pick it/them up.

Please come to our office without an appointment from Monday to Friday, between 10:00am - 12:30pm or 2:00pm to 4:00pm to pick up your document.

We remind you to bring "proof of application for processing."
