Eduardo Tami in Hong Kong

Born in 1952, Eduardo Tami began his professional career specializing in the transverse flute at the Juan Jose Castro Conservatory alongside masters such as Alfredo Lannelli, Raquel Arana and Ljerko Spiller. With 8 edited albums to his name, Eduardo Tami defined his career playing the transverse flute as a fundamental melodic element in the interpretation of various musical genres. His expertise as a Tango Flautist allowed him to play in universities and conservatories across the globe. As a composer, his repertoire encompasses two rhapsodies, a quartet for strings and various pieces for piano and flute. Having gained fame and popularity as a musician and arranger, in 1987, he created the Vicente Lopez Chamber Ensemble, which he directs even today with oficial and private patronage.
