At the Consulate General we are able to certify that a document has been signed in person by you. This procedure is not a power of attorney or a legalization (see left column).

How is it done?

• Write us an email to coordinate an appointment in advance and send us a scanned copy of the document that you intend to sign.
• The procedure costs HK$468 per document. It can be paid in cash (bank deposit) or online transfer at the time.
